As the global awakening continues, there is a deep sense of importance in cultivating and nurturing inner stillness.  This is an ancient sacred medicine to remain grounded and raise our vibrational frequency as we witness the unraveling of humanity's dark, hidden shadows. 

In our sacred gatherings, we devote our attention to cultivating this holy space of stillness individually and collectively.  Then, with heartfelt intention, we radiate the essence of Christ consciousness throughout the field of existence.

Each week, divine guidance is received on what to explore before embracing a state of quietude.  Some of the topics have included the essence of liberation, the aspect of ourselves that invites distinct choices, and the art of living in this world without being distracted by the endless chaos fed to us each day.

Here's a reflection from one of the participants: During one of the Sitting as Christ gatherings, a noticeable energy shift occurred.  While meditating, I asked, "How can I serve God?" In response, I heard, "You are severing God." As my mind was wrapped up in debate with this unexpected answer, stillness was realized.  I then felt the energy shift—first with a gentle bump, then a tug, and finally, it began to rise within me.
